From the love for art and textiles arose as the desire to create unique 'bespoke' objets de désir. Each of these pieces is designed, woven and embroidered in the grand tradition of the Flemish craft and in the equally Flemish spirit of gobelin weaving. Inspired by the old master Johannes Vermeer, whose works can be admired in the Mauritshuis, the famous Dutch painter in the 17th century, his preference for the timeless and modest 'view of Delft' has integrated Meisterwerke beautifully in the Les femmes de Delft collection.
