If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase a return option of 14 days applies, from the moment you received your order.

When we receive the return shipment in good condition, we will refund the amount due within two weeks. Shipping costs of the return shipment are not reimbursed.
If you want to return a part of your order, please only send these products back.
In the event that you have received a damaged product, please contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after receiving the delivery.
How to do return?

2. Fill in the return form
3. Add the return form to your package
4. Send your package to the address below and save the shipping receipt

Return in our store
You can also return or exchange the product in our shop, located in the Foyer of the Mauritshuis in The Hague. Shop hours are the same as those of the museum. An admission ticket for the museum is not necessary.
Returns in the store are only possible with the corresponding invoice.
We also ask you to fill out the return form and to add it to the product. After returning your order in our store, we will refund the amount due within two weeks.
General return conditions
Items must be returned in their original packaging, in their original condition - if reasonably possible - in their original packaging.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. Please treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged during a return.
